We're looking for a Mortgage Advisor to join our team and play a critical role in helping clients secure their dream homes and financial products. This remote position offers the flexibility of working from home while demanding a high level of drive, ambition, and self-motivation.

In this role, you'll use your expertise to recommend the right mortgage products based on each client's unique situation, make outbound calls to convert leads, and sell additional financial products like insurance. With an OTE of 80k to 100k, this is an exciting opportunity to build a rewarding career with a supportive and dynamic team.

  • Outbound Calling: Conduct daily outbound calls to connect with potential clients, assess their needs, and qualify them as strong leads.
  • Lead Conversion: Convert leads into successful clients by recommending the most suitable mortgage products tailored to their financial circumstances.
  • Client Advising: Provide expert advice and guidance, explaining complex mortgage products and ensuring clients understand their options fully.
  • Follow-Up Process: Maintain regular communication with leads and clients to answer questions, provide updates, and ensure a smooth process from initial inquiry to mortgage completion.
  • Cross-Selling: Sell additional products such as life and home insurance to provide clients with comprehensive financial solutions.
  • Problem Solving: Address client challenges with creative, solution-focused thinking, ensuring their mortgage applications progress seamlessly.
  • Compliance: Adhere to all regulatory requirements and company policies while maintaining accurate client records and documentation.
  • Self-Management: Work independently in a remote environment.

Mortgage Advisor - What We're Looking For

  • Full CAS Qualification: Fully competent in advising on and recommending suitable mortgage products, with proven experience in the mortgage industry.
  • Sales Expertise: A strong track record in sales, with exceptional skills in outbound calling, closing, and follow-up.
  • Driven and Ambitious: A self-starter with a results-driven attitude and a hunger to exceed targets.
  • Customer-Focused: Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport and provide a positive client experience.
