Qualifications

• 6+ years of accounting/finance experience in a senior role.
• 3+ years of management experience.
• 2+ years overseeing General Ledger preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages the finance and accounting operations for the Home Loans Division and affiliates, including GL, mortgage banking, accounts payable and reconciliation.
• Prepares and analyzes financial reports; monitors budgets and controls; ensures GAAP and regulatory compliance.
• Leads process improvements, automation efforts, and training to enhance closing and reporting accuracy.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
