Job summary

Culver's Sugarcreek Township is hiring Morning Opening Team Members to start the day right. Earn starting at $18.00 per hour, with higher wages based on experience, and enjoy flexible full-time or part-time hours in a brand-new Culver's location.

As part of our morning crew, you’ll prep equipment, set up dining areas, stock stations, and support a welcoming guest experience with a strong team. Availability between 7:00 and 8:00 AM and weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

• No prior restaurant experience required; in-house training provided

Responsibilities

• Arrive early to prepare for opening.
• Turn on and prep equipment (grills, fryers, toasters, custard machines).
• Set up dining room and beverage stations; ensure guest areas are clean and welcoming.
• Stock and organize workstations with products and supplies.
• Assist with morning food preparation for service.
• Complete opening checklists and finish tasks on time.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Collaborate with managers and team for smooth opening.

As a Morning Opening Team Member, you'll play an essential role in getting our restaurant ready to welcome guests each day. From preparing equipment and setting up the dining room to ensuring everything is clean, stocked, and ready for business, you'll help set the tone for a successful day.

What You’ll Do

• Arrive early to help prepare the restaurant for opening.
• Turn on and prepare restaurant equipment, including grills, fryers, toasters, custard machines, and other equipment as assigned, following proper safety procedures.
• Set up the dining room, including arranging tables and chairs, preparing beverage and condiment stations, and ensuring guest areas are clean and welcoming.
• Stock and organize workstations with the products, supplies, and ingredients needed for the day.
• Assist with morning food preparation and ensure products are ready for service.
• Complete opening checklists and ensure all assigned tasks are finished accurately and on time.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, organization, and proper food safety standards.
• Work alongside managers and fellow team members to ensure the restaurant is fully prepared before guests arrive.
• Assist with food preparation and delivering friendly, quality guest service once the restaurant opens.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support daily restaurant operations.

Pay & Benefits

Starting at $18.00 per hour, with higher starting wages available based on experience!
