Culver's of Sugarcreek Township in Ohio is hiring Morning Opening Team Members to help us start each day right. If you enjoy early starts, teamwork, and a positive work environment, this is for you.

You'll prep equipment, set up the dining room, stock stations, assist with morning food prep, and complete opening checklists to ensure cleanliness and safety. Both full-time and part-time roles available with opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• Early morning availability between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM, including weekends.
• Weekend availability.
• Dependable and punctual with a positive attitude.
• Strong work ethic and initiative.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Attention to cleanliness and organization.
• Follow food safety procedures and operate equipment safely.
• Good communication in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Arrive early to prepare the restaurant for opening.
• Turn on and prepare equipment (grills, fryers, toasters, custard machines).
• Set up dining room and beverage/condiment stations.
• Stock and organize workstations for the day.
• Assist with morning food preparation and service readiness.
• Complete opening checklists and ensure tasks are finished on time.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Work with managers and team to ensure guests are welcomed.
