Job summary

AAFES is seeking a Stocker at Fort Carson to unload, move and stock a variety of merchandise across departments. You will ensure shelves are stocked accurately while delivering outstanding customer service and engaging with customers to identify needs.

Responsibilities include following safety guidelines, lifting up to 40 pounds, and being adaptable to new technology and cross-training in other store areas. A welcoming, detail-minded team player is essential.

Qualifications

• Education: High school or equivalent; creditable experience may substitute.
• Able to lift 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Willing to learn and adapt to store technology needs.
• Excellent communication and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Unload, break-out and stock merchandise with efficiency and accuracy.
• Follow all safety guidelines and operating procedures.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience by engaging customers and prioritizing needs.
• Listen to customer needs; ask follow-up questions to offer appropriate products.
• Willing to cross-train and work in other areas of the store as needed.
• Maintain excellent attention to detail and a welcoming attitude toward customers and team members.
