Job summary

Aafes Exchange is seeking a Stocker responsible for unloading, moving, stocking, and pricing merchandise across departments. You will help ensure shelves are stocked and pricing is accurate while delivering a positive customer experience on the Exchange at Randolph AFB.

Qualifying candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds, learn new technologies, and communicate clearly with customers. There is potential for cross-training and working with a friendly team in a DoD facility.

Qualifications

• Education: High school or equivalent; creditable job-related experience may be substituted for the education requirement on a 9 months for 9 months basis.
• If a sufficient number of qualified candidates do not apply, the minimum qualifications may be lowered without reposting.

Responsibilities

• Unload, break-out and stock merchandise with efficiency and accuracy
• Deliver extraordinary customer experience by engaging customers and prioritizing customer needs over tasks
• Follow all safety guidelines and operating procedures
• Listen to customer needs; ask appropriate follow-up questions to ensure you offer appropriate products that meet the specific need of the customer
