Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks and balers following training and safety guidelines
• Basic math and communication skills required
• Availability to work flexible shifts including daytime, evening, overnight, weekends, and holidays
• Compliance with company policies including safety, sanitation, and dress standards
• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and organize products to keep the store ready for customers
• Assist customers on the sales floor and help locate items
• Support overnight shifts by preparing the store for the next day and processing deliveries
• Move products from backroom to sales floor and rotate inventory
• Maintain clean, organized aisles and work areas and follow safety guidelines
