Job summary

Onsight Healthcare has been contracted to support Ochsner Medical Center in New Orleans, Louisiana. We are seeking enthusiastic shuttle drivers for a part-time afternoon shift with a $17.50/hour rate.

A valid license is required, CDL not necessary, and prior shuttle or bus experience is preferred. The role focuses on friendly customer service, safe driving, and reliable transportation for hospital staff across shifts.

Qualifications

• Ability to de-escalate, stay calm in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome employees to the healthcare facility and assist with directions.
• Answer employees' questions regarding offices or department locations.
• Follow a planned route with scheduled stops to pickup/drop off employees.
• Daily use of apps/technology to maintain shuttle route efficiency and logistics.
• Complete pre-shift and end-shift safety checks and document any shuttle issues.
• When not driving, maintain a clean, welcoming work environment and professional demeanor.
• Assist colleagues and passengers by remaining friendly and helpful.
• Answer questions about medical offices or department locations.
