Job summary

Onsight Healthcare is seeking a Shuttle Bus Driver to join our hospital support team. This full-time role offers benefits and pays $17.50/hour, with Monday–Friday shifts and weekends off.

You will greet staff, follow scheduled routes, and ensure safe, friendly transportation for employees. A CDL is not required, but a clean driving record and at least 1 year of shuttle or bus experience are needed.

Qualifications

• Must be over 21 years old.
• Eligible to work for any U.S. employer.
• High school Diploma or GED.
• Valid active in-state driver's license (Permit or Probationary License not accepted).
• At least 1 year of shuttle, bus, or delivery driving experience.
• CDL not required, but is a plus.
• Maintained a clean driving record for past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome employees to the healthcare facility.
• Follow a planned route with scheduled stops to pick up or drop off employees.
• Daily use of apps/technology to maintain operational efficiency and logistics for the assigned shuttle route.
• Complete pre-shift and end-shift safety checks and document any damage or necessary information about the shuttle.
• When not shuttle driving, assist in maintaining a clean, welcoming, professional work environment and answer questions about offices or department locations.
