Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking a Shift Leader to motivate the team and ensure excellent guest experiences at our Richmond Heights location. You will support the General Manager, coach staff, and help open/close the store with minimal supervision.

The role requires leadership ability, flexible hours (early mornings), and a commitment to quality, safety, and cleanliness. Growth opportunities exist within Bagel Brands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours including early hours (as early as 3am).
• Must pass background check as per local, state and federal law.
• ServSafe Certification required prior to leadership training.
• Driver's license preferred, and only required at specific locations with driving qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Empower Shift Leaders to take charge and set morale and tone.
• Provide feedback and coach team members when needed.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Maintain food/beverage quality and ensure a safe, clean store environment.
