Job summary

Excel Facility Services is seeking a reliable janitor in Mullica Hill, NJ to provide excellent cleaning service on a part-time basis. You will keep assigned areas clean and orderly and follow the scope of work for each location, reporting to management as required.

The role emphasizes basic cleaning techniques, good attendance, and the ability to work independently. Morning shifts Monday through Saturday are offered with biometric timekeeping and direct deposit benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and cleaning products.
• Good attendance and punctuality.

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms.
• Clean countertops, microwaves, and refrigerators in break rooms.
• Restock supplies in bathrooms, break rooms and common areas.
• Empty trash cans and replace liners, clean receptacles as necessary.
• Dust and clean cashier stalls, ceiling light fixtures.
• Clean windows and mirrors.
• Maintain janitor closets in a clean, safe and operable condition.
• Follow safety rules and use safety precautions.
• Complete SOW as requested and assigned by the manager per location.
• Perform general cleaning tasks throughout our building.
• Restock supplies in areas assigned.
• Notify supervisor of repairs to facilities and/or equipment.
• Participate in workshops, training, and seminars for job functions.
• Request janitorial supplies to ensure adequate daily quantities.
• Ensure doors are locked at night (as applicable).
• Must use Time and Attendance system to report hours and payroll purposes.
• Must complete IVR system or notify manager ASAP if issues arise (unreported services can affect hours paid).
• Must wear uniform and IDs while working.
