Compass Group USA is hiring full-time janitors at the Murfreesboro location (MTSU campus). The role involves keeping buildings clean, sanitizing surfaces, and assisting with routine cleaning tasks on a Monday–Friday schedule from 5:00 am to 12:30 pm.

Qualifications

• 1 year of prior janitorial experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Collects and disposes of trash following approved procedures.
• Dusts and damp mops floors.
• Moves equipment and furniture for cleaning and places them back correctly.
• Cleans assigned areas with specified materials and sanitizes surfaces.
• Washes walls, windows, furniture and baseboards to maintain a clean environment.
• Performs tasks as assigned by supervisor and follows safety guidelines.
