Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC is hiring a Janitorial Crew Member in Mount Juliet, TN. The role supports a fast-paced team with early morning shifts (5am–10am), performing cleaning duties across rooms, restrooms, and common areas.

Training and on-site supervision accompany the job. You will use the KBSPresence timekeeping app for clocking in/out, with benefits including limited medical coverage, 401(k) matching after one year, quick pay, and discounts.

Qualifications

• Must lift up to 49 pounds as part of daily duties.
• Must be able to stand/walk for 10–12 hours per shift.
• Able to read safety rules and operating procedures in English; Spanish where required by state.

Responsibilities

• Performs work according to standard procedures and building schedules.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, stairs, and windows.
• Sweep, clear debris, mop floors throughout sales floor and seating area.
• Clean windows and polished surfaces; wipe stainless steel.
• Dust fixtures, shelves, and products as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of customer and team member restrooms; patrol as needed.
• Complete sweep logs as directed.
• Operate and sanitize all equipment safely.
• Follow applicable health and sanitation procedures and safe work practices.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
