Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC is hiring a Janitorial Crew Member to support our facilities team in Tennessee. You will clean rooms, restrooms, offices, floors, and windows to standard procedures while following safety rules. The job requires standing and walking long hours, lifting up to 49 lbs, and early shift hours (5am–9am) with weekend work.

Starting pay is $16.00 per hour. Eligible employees may access company benefits and programs as applicable to part-time staff.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds.
• Must stand and walk for long hours during shifts.
• Ability to read and interpret basic safety documents in English; some Spanish where required.
• Familiarity with mobile timekeeping is a plus (KBSPresence).

Responsibilities

• Clean rooms, hallways, restrooms, lockers, offices, stairways, and windows according to procedures.
• Sweep, mop, and maintain floors; remove debris and clean spills.
• Dust fixtures and shelves; polish stainless surfaces as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms for customers and staff; complete logs.
• Operate equipment safely and follow health and sanitation procedures.
