Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily store operations with a hands-on leadership style. You’ll start early for baking, manage deposits, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

The role follows a one-shift model with weekday hours, a 5-week training program, and potential for quarterly bonuses based on performance. Prior GM/AGM experience in a restaurant is preferred.

Qualifications

• GM/Assistant GM experience in a restaurant setting.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong P&L awareness and operating efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations with a 'treat it like you own it' mindset.
• Ensure audit readiness and accurate catering/mobile/in-store orders.
• Lead and develop a team through training and supervision.
