Job summary

Trulieve in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Flower Technician I to ensure incoming cannabis flower materials meet specifications and quality standards. You will perform visual and measurement tests, reject nonconforming material, and assist in labeling and packaging of finished product.

The role requires working in a fast-paced facility, lifting up to 50 lbs, following cGMP procedures, and maintaining clean, safe work areas while documenting inspections and communicating any issues to supervisors.

Qualifications

• Work with cannabis flower and particulates daily.
• Controls and instrumentation experience.
• Able to work under minimum supervision.
• Able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming inspections (moisture, texture, quality) of flower and pre-roll material.
• Weigh out and package flower and/or pre-roll material.
• Receive raw batch items and ensure proper storage.
• Verify quality and quantity of raw batch items.
• Sort batch items and complete verification paperwork.
• Prepare and apply labels to bags/boxes; paperwork completion.
• Maintain cGMP compliance and PPE usage.
• Notify leads of quality or equipment issues; assist with other duties.
