Job summary

Trulieve in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Flower Technician I to ensure incoming cannabis flower materials meet specifications. You will conduct visual and measurement tests, reject substandard materials, and assist with packaging and labeling under cGMP standards.

This entry-level role reports to the Manufacturing Supervisor or Team Lead. The position requires 40 hours per week, ability to work evenings or weekends occasionally, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Cannabis flower handling daily.
• Controls and instrumentation experience.
• Able to work under minimum supervision.
• Able to work under pressure.
• 1-3 years of related experience preferred.
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming inspections (moisture, texture, overall quality, size) of incoming batches of flower and pre roll material.
• Ensure proper bud size per brand standard, weigh out and package flower and/or pre rolls.
• Receive raw batched items and ensure appropriate storage.
• Fill out verification paperwork for raw materials.
• Store same-type batched items together and maintain organization.
• Seal bags/jars/tubes and inspect quality to ensure seal is to standard.
• Prepare and apply labels to bags/jars/boxes of product and ensure PPE per cGMP standards.
• Maintain cleaning and verification paperwork in compliance with cGMP and Trulieve standards.
