A Dining Room Host/Hostess is responsible for providing an exceptional guest experience by helping to make a difference for every guest through Chick‑fil‑A’s Second Mile Service procedures. As a Dining Room Host/Hostess, you will welcome & greet guests, maintain cleanliness in the dining room and restrooms, observe health and sanitation guidelines, and ensure each guest leaves with a smile! We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving others. NOTE: This position is NOT a hospitality team member, but is focused on guest experience in the dining room and restrooms.

Morning/Mid Day Dining Room Host Attendant is a part time position with availability between the hours of 8am – 4pm Monday‑Saturday.

Late Afternoon/Night Dining Room Host Attendant is a part time position with availability between 4pm – close Monday‑Saturday.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Greeting Guests
• Cleaning Tables, floors, and windows as needed
• Refreshing Beverages
• Clearing trays and trash from guests
• Restocking supplies
• Table touch‑ins to ensure all guests feel welcomed in the dining room
• Maintaining a clean store environment
• Clean restrooms (trash, floors, etc.)
• Dining room trash taken out regularly
• Expedite orders to carry out guests and dining room guests

Requirements

• Must have a source of reliable transportation
• Ability to handle all equipment, pans, pots, and navigate shelving both high and low
• Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required
• Works in noisy and fast‑paced environment
• Mobility required during shifts
• Must work well under pressure
• Very strong attention to detail
