Job description

Our Hospitality Host is responsible for providing an exceptional guest experience by helping to make a difference for every guest through Chick-fil-A’s Second Mile Service procedures. They will be a model of what it looks like to live out our purpose, mission, and core values all day, everyday.

Hospitality and Operations work together in tandem to help provide our guests with a "REMARKable Experience" every time they dine with us. As a Dining Room Host/Hostess, you will welcome & greet guests, maintain cleanliness in the dining room and restrooms, observe health and sanitation guidelines, and ensure each guest leaves with a smile! We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving others.

Part-time position with availability between the hours of 11am-8pm Monday-Saturday.

• Willing and able to work in a physically demanding role (including able to lift up to 50 lbs, work on feet for several hours)

Hospitality Dining Room Host Responsibilities:

• Smile
• Greet Guests
• Speak Enthusiastically
• Make Emotional Connections with Guests
• Anticipate guest's needs
• Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
• Clean Tables, floors, and windows as needed
• Refresh Beverages
• Clear trash from guests' tables
• Pass-out mints and handwipes
• Table touch-ins to ensure all guests feel welcomed in the dining room
• Maintain a clean store environment
• Clean restrooms (Trash, floors, etc.)
• Dining room trash taken out regularly
• Expedite orders to carry out guests and dining room guests
