Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as a line cook or breakfast cook preferred.
• Ability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong knowledge of breakfast techniques and short-order cooking.

• Prepare and execute breakfast menu items to order (eggs, omelets, pancakes).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation per food-safety standards.
