Job summary

Op-Careers is seeking a part-time AM Server to join our team in Naples, FL. The role requires mornings with shifts from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. English is required, bilingual applicants are a plus. You will greet guests, provide attentive service, and maintain a clean, professional appearance throughout each shift.

Experience is a plus, and candidates should be able to work weekends and holidays. We emphasize teamwork, safety, and excellent customer service as part of our SOPs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED a plus but not required.
• Previous experience a plus.
• Must have courteous phone skills and the ability to take accurate message.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a timely manner with a professional friendly tone
• Provide attentive, efficient, friendly service following our SOPs
• Willing to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays
• Complete all opening side work to prepare yourself for the shift
• Complete all closing side work at end of shift
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
• Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
• Follow all policies and procedures
• Responsible for personal hygiene, grooming, clean uniform, and professional appearance
• Responsible for punctuality when reporting to work, and clocking in only after being in full uniform
• Maintains cleanliness of all dining and patio areas
