Inn at Little Washington in Virginia seeks motivated Front of House team members to deliver a 5-Star, 5-Diamond, 3-Michelin experience to all guests. You will maintain service areas and the dining room, and serve as the ambassador of the establishment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Must be at least 16 years old and well-groomed.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality are required.
• Weekend and holiday availability is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a 5-Star, 5-Diamond, 3-Michelin experience to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations.
• Greet guests, take beverage and breakfast orders, and ensure timely service.
• Input orders accurately in the POS and assist with opening/closing duties.
• Assist with training new staff and uphold Forbes 5-Star, AAA, Michelin standards.
