Job summary

Responsibilities

• Works with food preparation, production, planning, food ordering, inventory and record keeping.
• Collects money for lunch and ala carte sales; operates a point-of-sale system.
• Interacts with students and staff in a positive, constructive manner.
• Kitchen duties including food production and washing dishes.
• Maintains sanitation practices and safety standards.
• Attends training classes and workshops.
• Follows safety and sanitation procedures and uses chemicals properly.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Manager.
