Qualifications

• High School/Trade School degree preferred.
• Citizenship, residency or work visa required

Responsibilities

• Maintain receiving area, stockrooms, coolers, freezers and any type of storage areas. Keep these areas neat and clean and orderly at all times.
• Check and inspect all incoming deliveries thoroughly for damaged or missing items.
• Assist Food Service delivery drivers load and unload vans.
• Move items from conveyor belt to storage using transport carts and appropriate lifting and moving techniques.
• Ability to lift heavy items, shelve, store and put away all stock into proper designated areas.
• Operates hand equipment such as hand trucks and dollies to transport stock.
• Wash kitchen floor.
• Determines non-perishable supplies needed.
• Lock up and secure all food service areas, coolers and freezers.
• Log freezer and cooler temperatures.
