Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes to meet production and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery with correct portions and temperatures while ensuring quality.
• Maintains clean work areas and proper storage of food and supplies per HACCP standards.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed and reports issues promptly.
• Assists in ordering, receiving, and inventory as required.
• Reports unsafe equipment or conditions to supervisor and participates in safety meetings.
• Keeps records and adheres to established procedures during service periods.
