Job summary

Chartwells School Dining Services K12 is seeking a food service team member in Fountain Lake School District to prepare nutritious meals and ensure flavor while complying with federal, state, local, and company standards.

The position offers Monday through Friday availability from 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM at the Hot Springs National Park, AR location, with both full-time and part-time options and online applications only.

Qualifications

• Prior cooking, prepping, serving, and kitchen experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cooking activities of food service associates as assigned by Food Service Director.
• Prepare various entrees and menu items following established recipes.
• Operate and clean equipment after each use; perform scheduled routine cleaning.
• Store, label and date food items according to policy; maintain organized storage of dry goods and perishable items.
• Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply.
• Comply with federal, state and local health and sanitation regulations and procedures.
• Assist Food Service Director in maintaining accurate daily production records and completing required documentation.
• Assist in cross training of employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
