Responsibilities

• Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning and ensuring proper temperatures.
• Maintains kitchen cleanliness and safety, stores/discards excess food per safe handling procedures.
• Assists with production planning, records, and ordering of supplies as needed.
• Ensures proper presentation, portion control, and HACCP standards.
