Waterford Hotel Group is seeking a Morning Restaurant Greeter to warmly welcome guests and set a positive tone for their dining experience. You will seat guests, assist servers, and help with table maintenance to ensure timely service and smooth turnover between seatings.

The role emphasizes a friendly, detail-oriented team player who can work independently, manage reservations, and adapt to changing shifts while upholding high guest-service standards.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and connects with every customer.
• Control the flow of the restaurant, seating guests in stations rotation while maintaining reservation systems.
• Assist in drink orders, delivering food and clearing/cleaning tables as needed.
• Assisting in the set up and clean up of the restaurant at opening and closing.
• Handle reservation book, take incoming calls, note reservations and special requests by guests.
• Answer questions about our food, beverages and other restaurant or hotel functions and services
• Maintain a clean and organized work and service area.
• Follow safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Ensure guests are satisfied with the service. Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.
