Job summary

Valor Hospitality is seeking a friendly Greeter to welcome guests, escort them to tables, and ensure a memorable dining experience at our venues in the United States. You’ll coordinate with servers and the front of house team to optimize seating and flow, while maintaining a clean, inviting entry.

The role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and a genuine passion for hospitality. Previous food/beverage service experience is a plus, with opportunities for growth within Valor’s expanding

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in food/beverage service preferred.
• Must read, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and seat them at tables.
• Escort guests, present menus, and ensure a welcoming dining experience.
• Plan seating and manage reservations to optimize flow.
• Maintain communication with servers, kitchen and managers to synchronize guest flow.
• Ensure entry and dining areas are clean and inviting.
