Job summary

Actify ABA seeks an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home or in-school under BCBA supervision.

The role emphasizes data collection, progress documentation, and collaboration with families to ensure client success while maintaining a safe, supportive environment during sessions.

Certification as an RBT, reliable transportation, and strong communication are required; some college is a plus with opportunities for growth and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Must have Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy required.
• Ability to pass background check. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home or in-school.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home or in-school
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $25- $30/hour
• Part-Time: 20 hours/week
• Shifts: Morning 9:00am - 1:00pm Monday - Friday
• Location: Frederick, MD 21702

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:
