Job summary

Actify ABA is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support clients in Chester, Maryland. Join a passionate ABA team that values collaboration, growth, and making a meaningful impact on children’s lives.

You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy, implement BCBA-designed plans, and collect progress data in flexible settings including home and school. A background in ABA and reliable transport help ensure success in this role.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home or in-school
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home or in-school
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $22- $27/hour
• Hours: 12-20 hours/week
• Shift: Weekday Afternoons and Weekend Daytime (Summertime flexible)
• Location: Chester, MD 21619 and surrounding areas
