Responsibilities

• Obtains daily production schedule and requirements from Chef.
• Prepares items on production sheets following recipes and quantities.
• Completes and follows daily production worksheets and waste logs; tastes meals for quality.
• Operates and cleans equipment after use and maintains sanitation.
• Stores, labels and dates all food items per policy; follows HACCP guidelines.
• Takes orders from customers and prepares items with short lead times.
