Job summary

Chick-fil-A in Princeton, TX is seeking a dependable Back of House Night Shift Team Member to help keep the kitchen running smoothly and ensure guest experiences meet the brand's high standards.

You’ll follow Chick-fil-A recipes and food safety practices, work with urgency, and communicate with FOH and BOH teammates. Availability 2 PM–11:30 PM is required, and training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Must have availability between 2 PM and 11:30 PM.
• Previous restaurant or kitchen experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow recipes, procedures, and instructions.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work on your feet for several hours at a time.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items as required.
• Ability to work in a hot, fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food accurately and efficiently according to Chick-fil-A standards.
• Follow all food preparation, cooking, holding, and portioning procedures.
• Maintain proper food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Follow temperature control and food handling procedures.
• Properly stock and organize BOH workstations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and correctly.
• Work quickly and efficiently while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Communicate effectively with FOH and BOH Team Members.
• Work as part of a team to ensure timely and accurate orders.
• Follow opening, closing, and cleaning procedures as assigned.
• Complete cleaning and sanitation tasks throughout the shift.
• Monitor product levels and communicate when supplies need to be replenished.
• Follow Chick-fil-A policies, procedures, and food safety standards.
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the restaurant.
