Responsibilities

• Prepare hot sandwiches, breakfast items, and catering orders for events and holidays.
• Maintain food quality by serving at safe temperatures, proper labelling, and attractive presentation.
• Rotate stock, restock cases, and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Follow opening/closing procedures including equipment setup and end-of-day cleaning.
• Receive, check, and store deliveries; match inventory to invoices.
• Keep kitchen and service areas clean and compliant with safety standards.
