SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Santa Ana, CA. The role focuses on cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas, with a Monday–Friday shift from 4:00 AM to 12:30 PM.

You will perform janitorial duties, operate cleaning equipment, and ensure daily upkeep while reporting hazards to supervisors. The position requires strong verbal and written communication, the ability to follow safety procedures, and teamwork to meet daily targets.

Qualifications

• No specific education requirement; 3–6 months training or experience preferred.
• Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties.
• Perform all duties listed on the daily schedule.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Perform work assignments in a team with other employees.
• Perform repetitive tasks.
• Maintain clean work area.
• Follow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules.
• Take direction and respond to supervision.
• Talk with lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner.
• Fill in during staff shortage.
• Support shift lead in completing punch-list items.
• Use proper personal protective equipment.
• Present a professional appearance and conduct.
• Understand customer service and satisfaction.
• Understand reporting systems, and of the environment
