Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Customer Service Representative focused on cleanliness and sanitation in assigned areas. You will perform janitorial duties, operate cleaning equipment, and maintain daily upkeep while adhering to safety policies.

The role requires no specific education, with 3–6 months training or experience preferred. The position runs Monday–Friday from 11:00 to 19:30 with a pay rate of $17.13–$17.50 per hour.

• No specific education requirement, 3-6 months training or experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties
• Perform all duties listed on the daily schedule
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor
• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures
• Perform work assignments in a team with other employees
• Perform repetitive tasks
• Maintain clean work area
• Follow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules
• Take direction and respond to supervision
• Talk with lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner
• Fill in during staff shortage
• Support shift lead in completing punch-list items
• Use proper personal protective equipment
• Present a professional appearance and conduct
• Understand customer service and satisfaction
• Understand reporting systems, and of the environment
