Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is seeking a Janitorial Crew Member in Memphis, TN to join a fast-paced team. The role offers flexible shifts, entry-level responsibilities, and opportunities to grow with leadership roles.

You will clean rooms, restrooms, offices, and common areas, operate cleaning equipment, and follow safety procedures. Must be able to lift up to 49 pounds and stand for long periods; candidates should read English safety docs.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds.
• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods (10–12 hours).
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions (in English).

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning of rooms, hallways, restrooms, offices, and other areas.
• Sweep, mop, and remove debris; clean spills and windows.
• Dust fixtures and shelves; polish stainless steel.
• Maintain restroom cleanliness and supplies; monitor sanitation.
• Follow health and safety procedures and complete logs as required.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
