Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) seeks a Janitorial Crew Member in Clarksville, TN. The role offers a 9am–1pm shift, with starting pay at $16.00 per hour, and opportunities for growth within a fast-paced, expanding team.

The position involves cleaning tasks across rooms, restrooms, and common areas, while adhering to health and safety standards. Applicants should be able to lift up to 49 lb and stand/walk long hours.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds.
• Must be able to stand and walk for up to 10-12 hours.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures (English; Spanish where required).

Responsibilities

• Perform work according to standard procedures and building schedule.
• Clean rooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, stairways, and windows.
• Sweep, remove debris, and mop floors throughout the sales floor and seating area.
• Clean windows and polished surfaces; clean and polish stainless steel.
• Dust fixtures, shelves, and products.
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms for customers and team members.
• Complete sweep logs as directed.
• Operate and sanitize equipment safely.
• Follow health and sanitation procedures and safe work practices.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
