Job summary

WIS International is hiring a Retail Inventory Supervisor – Mornings in Virginia Beach. The position offers a starting wage of $20.00–$22.00 per hour and a focus on coaching inventory teams, ensuring accuracy, and visiting retail locations in scheduled morning shifts.

You will lead by example, implement a consistent workflow, and collaborate with District and Area Managers to drive operational excellence. Paid training and opportunities to grow are included.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Inventory Associates
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow
• Serve as a primary contact for resolving inventory concerns and partner with District/Area Managers to drive operational excellence
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
