Job summary

WIS International is seeking a Retail Supervisor - Inventory in Lynchburg, VA to coach and develop Inventory Associates, maintain accurate inventory counts, and partner with District and Area Managers to drive operational excellence. The role requires travel to retail locations and a strong focus on accuracy.

You will join a team that values Spirit, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork, with a starting wage of $18.00–$20.00 per hour, flexible scheduling, and paid training.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management skills
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills focused on providing solutions
• Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments
• Strong focus and attention to detail
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen if required
• A valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting the WIS Fleet driver requirements may be required

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Inventory Associates
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow
• Serve as a primary point of contact for resolving inventory related concerns and partner with the District Managers and Area Managers driving operational excellence
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Travel to retail locations
