Snooze is hiring a Host to start the guest experience with warmth and efficiency. You’ll manage the host stand, greet guests, and keep the dining flow smooth and timely.

Responsibilities include seating guests, answering calls, and coordinating to-go orders. Candidates should be 17+ and able to work in a fast-paced breakfast environment with a team-oriented mindset.

Formación

• Must be at least 17 years old and authorized to work in the US.
• Experience in hospitality is helpful but not required.
• Familiarity with POS and iPad systems is a plus.

The Position Specifics

Taking on the role of Host isn’t just bacon and pancakes. The Snooze experience starts and ends with you! The responsibilities of this position include:

• Maintain host stand, coffee station, and outside patio area
• Welcome each Guest into our home and thank them when they leave
• Seat each Guest in a timely manner and e effectivly manage the waitlist Ipad system
• If on a wait keep the crowd excited and having FUN!!
• A nswer phones, place to-go orders, and enter them into the POS system
• Inspect and refresh restrooms every 30 minutes
• Respond appropriately to Guest requests. Communicate Guest requests to Server needed
• Assist teammates as needed with food delivery and bussing tables

• fun, energetic, eager, and a committed team member
• familiar with basic knowledge of Snooze service
• familiar with POS and iPad systems
• able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 9 hours)
• able to safely lift and easily maneuver up to 20 pounds
• are at least 17 years of age and authorized to work in the US
• Prior experience recommended, not required

Certification Requirements

All county food and alcohol serving certifications must be obtained prior to employment.
