Job summary

Avion Hospitality is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to provide the highest quality service to guests in the hotel’s breakfast operation. You will greet guests, seat or assist, prepare beverages, and ensure station readiness while maintaining brand standards.

The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on accuracy, hospitality, and teamwork in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; hotel experience preferred.
• Must be able to work varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must meet legal age to serve alcohol and pass TIPs or equivalent.
• Must obtain Food Handlers card as required by local regulations.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and provide courteous service.
• Knowledge of hotel products, guest services and etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Attend encounters with guests in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Maintain attendance and uniform standards per Avion Hospitality.
• Provide food and beverage service and assist with special requests.
• Greet and seat guests, ensure menu quality and order accuracy.
• Assist with side duties, restock, clean and reorganize service areas.
• Answer phones according to standards and manage room service orders.
• Support full beverage and food service as needed.
