Job summary

SPENGA Loveland is seeking a positive, energetic manager to warmly welcome members, oversee daily operations, and drive memberships in a fast-paced studio. You will sell memberships and retail, meet sales and retention targets, retain client participation, and ensure equipment is set up and reset before and after classes, while maintaining a clean facility.

As a SPENGA ambassador, you will promote the SPENGA culture in and out of the studio, work with a like-minded team, and participate in team

Qualifications

• Must have prior sales experience, preferably in high-end goods or services.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to SPENGA's fitness philosophy.
• Strong motivation and drive to achieve sales targets.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills; certifications in fitness are a plus.

Responsibilities
