Job summary

Momentum Senior Living in Florida is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist for a part-time shift from 7:00 am to 1:00 pm on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. The Concierge answers calls, provides information, and assists residents, staff, guests and vendors with a courteous, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities include opening/closing the front desk, relaying messages, recording payments and reservations, coordinating transportation, and greeting visitors to uphold the community's best image.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple routine tasks with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the front desk and secures files, keys, and equipment.
• Relays messages and information to residents, staff, visitors, and vendors.
• Records payments, reservations, appointments, and cancellations as directed.
• Confirms transportation and event registrations for residents.
• Greets and assists residents, visitors, staff and vendors to uphold a positive image of the community.
