Job summary

Sizemore, Inc. is hiring a Floor Care Technician in Bloomington, MN, to maintain mall-area floor surfaces using scrubbers, buffers, and extractors. You will clean hard floors and carpets, perform general cleaning, and follow safety standards in a high-traffic retail setting.

The position offers training, consistent morning hours from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM, and weekly pay. This is a part-time role with about 24 hours per week and pay at $16.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds.
• No floor care experience required; training provided.
• Weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Operate floor scrubbers, buffers, extractors and other floor care equipment.
• Maintain hard floor surfaces through scrubbing, buffing, stripping and waxing.
• Vacuum, shampoo, bonnet and extract carpeted areas.
• Perform general cleaning and restroom cleaning as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and cleaning standards.
• Inspect equipment and report maintenance concerns.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment.
