The Learning Experience #194 in Cary, North Carolina is seeking a Morning Floater Teacher to support infants, toddlers, and preschoolers with the L.E.A.P. Curriculum®.

You will foster curiosity and a joy for learning in a safe, engaging classroom setting. Responsibilities include partnering with families, coordinating with center leadership to boost enrollment and engagement, and maintaining open communication about each child’s adventures and growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• ECE coursework is preferred but not mandatory.
• Candidate must meet North Carolina state guidelines for the role.

Responsibilities

• Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning.
• Implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum® with infants, toddlers, and/or preschoolers.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their children’s progress via apps and discussions.
• Support center goals around enrollment and engagement with staff and leadership.
• Build positive relationships with families and coworkers to foster a dynamic learning environment.

Education
