Job summary

The Learning Experience #467 is seeking a passionate Floater Teacher to join our team in Massachusetts, with a schedule from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm, Monday through Friday. You will help preschool children learn, play, grow, and thrive, using our LEAP curriculum and engaging activities across classrooms.

Qualifications

• One year teaching experience preferred or six months required.
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related field preferred.
• Ability to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Teach across classrooms as a Floater to gain diverse experience.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.
• Implement the LEAP curriculum using fun characters to make learning enjoyable.
• Build relationships with families and colleagues to support learning.
• Regularly communicate with parents about children’s progress via apps and discussions.

As a Floater Teacher, you will:
