Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and Commonwealth Childcare Credential in Early Childhood Education or related field required.
• Experience in a licensed child care center is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead teacher in guiding young learners while ensuring safety and well-being.
• Collaborate with lead teacher to plan engaging activities promoting growth.
