Job summary

Chick-fil-A Park Boulevard & Plano Parkway in Plano, TX is hiring Front of House Team Members for morning and daytime shifts. You’ll welcome guests, take orders at the counter, drive-thru, or curbside, and ensure a fast, friendly experience.

Training starts on day one, with opportunities to learn, grow, and advance within a positive, hospitality-driven team. Compensation ranges from $13 to $15 per hour depending on experience, with flexible scheduling, Sundays off, and benefits for eligible

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old at the time of application.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in English.
• No previous restaurant experience required—we provide training.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with warmth and genuine hospitality.
• Take and deliver orders accurately at the counter, in the drive-thru, and curbside.
• Assist guests and respond to their needs.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with guests and fellow Team Members.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
• Follow all food safety, health, and workplace procedures.
• Cross-train in select kitchen responsibilities to support the team and keep operations running smoothly.
• Bring a dependable, energetic, and team-first attitude to every shift.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

This is a morning/daytime position with flexible start times between 5:30 AM and 5:00 PM.
Start times: 5:30 AM, 6:00 AM, 7:00 AM, 8:00 AM, or 9:00 AM.
End times: 2:00 PM, 3:00 PM, 4:00 PM, or 5:00 PM.
Exact schedule depends on availability and business need.
