Job summary

Chick-fil-A Park Boulevard & Plano Parkway in Plano, TX is hiring a Dining Room Team Member to join a friendly, guest-focused team. You will help keep tables clean, refill beverages, and maintain a warm dining room environment.

This role offers a starting wage of $12 per hour, flexible scheduling, Sundays off every week, mentor guidance from Operators, and scholarship opportunities up to $25,000 for eligible team members; training is provided.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Must be at least 16 years old at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize tables and chairs during shift.
• Refill guests' beverages and check in to anticipate needs.
• Clear and reset tables promptly after guests finish.
• Assist guests with any additional needs.
• Help keep guest-facing areas clean, organized, and welcoming from open to close.
• Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere in the dining room.
• Communicate clearly with the team to keep dining room and front-of-house running smoothly.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
